About

Shaped by the thresholds I've crossed myself.

I left my hometown for Barcelona when I was 23 years old. What I have learned since, as an immigrant, a mother, a leader and a person who has rebuilt her life more than once, is now the foundation of how I mentor others through their own leadership transitions and relocations.

Professional background

Leadership grounded in the field

Twenty Years in Global Operations

Fifteen of them in leadership, across multinational structures and high volume operations, much of it spent managing the critical periods where uncertainty has to be turned into direction.

A Global Brand Portfolio

Led the multicultural, multilingual, high performing teams built in Barcelona that served Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, HP and Mango.

Global BPO and Startup Ecosystem

A wide sector range, from major BPO organizations including Concentrix, CPM International, Teleperformance and Majorel, to dynamic startups and scaleups.

Scale and Financial Responsibility

As Head of Operations and Service Delivery Manager, management experience ranging from 15 person boutique teams to organizations of over 1,000 people, with 30 million euros or more in annual budget and profit and loss responsibility.

Systems and People Development

An approach focused not only on protecting the current state, but on improving weak points, redesigning operational structures and developing leadership level teams in particular.

Certifications and Training

Online courses from the University of Pennsylvania (Positive Psychology), Yale (The Science of Well-Being) and the University of Cambridge (cognitive psychology), plus a Mindfulness Training certificate and a Six Sigma Green Belt. Mentoring is an unregulated title, so I anchor mine in real training.

Languages

I work with clients in Turkish, Spanish and English.

My journey

Transitions and transformations

I was born in İzmir in 1981, in what my father called a difficult start to life. Unlike that difficult birth, I had a genuinely happy childhood, wrapped in love, always feeling the strength of family ties around me.

My years at Saint Joseph, centered on volleyball and friendship, carried into my time at Galatasaray University and together they shaped the strong sense of fairness and resilience that still sits at the center of my mentoring approach today.

Putting down roots here since 2004

This is the same face that has sat across the table from every leader and every person I have mentored through their own leadership transition or relocation.

Barcelona: roots in love and career

I came to Barcelona not only for an EAE Barcelona International Business master's degree, but to build a future with someone I loved. For five years, working within the Arkas group, I tried to manage the stress of being the only foreigner in the room while also proving and developing myself professionally. At the same time, I was learning to live in a new culture and in new languages, the same expat adaptation I now help my clients through. It took time and effort, but looking back, I can say I succeeded at all of it.

A necessary pause

Then, in 2010, health problems became my body's way of telling me to stop. I set aside my academic and professional ego and began selling printers by phone to print shops on behalf of HP, through CPM. That project was, at once, a calm and welcome harbor and the first real test of my ego in my career. I discovered that real balance lives in peace and that choice became part of the foundation of my career in Barcelona.

Motherhood and leadership

In 2012, the birth of my son taught me the patience of parenting, while professionally I grew into leadership roles running large scale operations for Google, Meta and TikTok.

In 2018, my former husband and I chose to separate. It was a mature transformation, one where we protected the love, respect and shared world we had built for our son.

Where I am today

Across my years in Barcelona, I have experienced the difficulty of putting down roots as an immigrant, the endless lessons of motherhood and the necessary, valuable solitude that the pandemic brought with it. I have crossed thresholds ranging from the chaotic growth pains of the startup world to the high stress of large operations.

Today, I use everything that has settled out of that life to guide your own leadership transition or relocation. If you are curious what that looks like in practice, my First 100 Days program is the clearest place to start.

I am a thinking partner who blends operations leadership experience with professional mentoring methods, turning the complexity of a transition period into strategic clarity. That is the core of executive coaching in Barcelona as I practice it: field experience first, frameworks second.

As a mentor

Who I am in the room with you

01

A guide fed by experience

Beyond academic knowledge, I bring the good judgment that comes from crises I have personally managed, teams I have built and my own life thresholds.

02

A strategic listener

I am a bridge that can hear both the results driven language of the corporate world and a person's simple need to stop and breathe.

03

A calm companion

Instead of being swept up in the chaos, I stand beside you as an objective mirror, helping you find the alignment between your mind and your goals.

04

An action oriented partner

I do not stop at creating awareness. With a leader's instinct, I turn that awareness into a concrete, workable and sustainable roadmap.
