The Flagship Program · 12 Weeks

The first 100 days decide everything that follows.

This is the exact window where a leadership transition, a relocation or a return to work either finds its footing or quietly comes apart. This program gives that window structure instead of leaving it to chance.

Why the first 100 days matter

This is not a guess. It is a well studied window.

Transitions are won or lost early

Research on leadership transitions, most notably Michael Watkins' widely used framework in The First 90 Days, has long shown that the earliest period in a new role disproportionately shapes what follows.

The habits, relationships and impressions formed early are far harder to undo later than to get right the first time.

Culture shock is a predictable stage, not a personal failure

Research on cross cultural adjustment describes a recognizable curve: an initial period of excitement, followed by a dip often called culture shock, before gradual adjustment and mastery.

Knowing this dip is normal and having structured support through exactly this window, is what shortens and softens it for an expat starting over in a new country.

Structure beats willpower

Both bodies of research agree on one point: people and organizations that rely on structure and not just good intentions, come through a transition faster and with less lasting damage. That is the entire premise of this program.

Watkins' research establishes that this window matters for a new leader. What this program adds is structure inside that window, plus the cultural adjustment layer that leadership literature does not cover, for the person who is also learning to live in a new city, a new language or a new team culture at the same time.

For You

First 100 Days in a New Country

The logistics of a move end in a day. The real work begins after, rebuilding yourself in a new place once you have left behind your surroundings, your habits and the story you built over years.

Across a structured 12 weeks we move through that period with structure instead of drifting.

With the VIA Character Strengths inventory and concrete steps that reach into your daily life, we look together at what the move has taken from you, what it has shown you and the strengths you brought with you.

There are three ways to take part. We will decide together which one fits you.

"What changed for me was being able to look past the pattern I wanted to force onto my life, based on my past experience, and consider other options too. I saw how the psychology of migration touches every layer of life."

Option 1

Individual Deep Dive

Format: 12 weeks. A one to one session every two weeks, with short checkins between sessions and process tracking made for you.

Who it's for: Anyone who wants to go through this process fully privately, at their own pace, one to one. Location does not matter, we can work together wherever you live.

Option 2 · Barcelona

Individual Deep Dive, In Person

Format: 12 weeks. Everything in the program above, with one difference: up to two of the six themes can happen out in life instead of in a room. We can sit in on a school meeting together, wait outside an office door together, make that first phone call together.

Who it's for: Those living in Barcelona. The real difficulty is often not the conversation we have, it is what waits on the other side of that door.

Option 3

Boutique Group Circle

Format: 12 weeks. A 90 minute online group session every two weeks, up to 6 people, with practical exercises and sharing between sessions.

Who it's for: Anyone who wants to know they are not going through this alone. The circle opens once enough participants join.

For Companies

First 100 Days: Relocated Employees and New Leaders

Moving a manager to a new geography, or promoting someone into a bigger role, is a major investment. Are you ready to manage the cultural and mental risks that come with it?

Relocated employees

Focus: the employee's mental and emotional readiness for a new culture and a new working environment, so uncertainty does not quietly drain their performance in the months after the move.

New leaders

Focus: helping the new leader find their own center inside operational complexity and build a relationship with their team grounded in fairness and trust from day one.

The margin for error here is not only lost performance, it is the risk of losing the team's trust and the leader's own reputation.

Format

A structured 12 week mentoring program with a clear, predefined roadmap, adapted to whether the person is relocating, stepping into a new leadership role, or both. See the full corporate program page for session structure.

"Bengi was a huge support during a period of high pressure and demand. Her ability to bring clarity, structure my thinking and keep me focused on what truly matters made a real difference."
